• We close for all government observed holidays

Returns & Subscription Cancellations

• Your purchase is protected by a 100% money back guarantee covering the price you paid for the product for a period of 30 days from the date of your original purchase.

• Customers must e-mail or call our support department (contact info is shown below) within 30 days from your original purchase date.

• Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card or mailed in check form to the billing name and address.

• You have Thirty (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund. Any refund requests received after the Thirty (30) DAY time limit will not be recognized.

• Multiple returns will not be accepted. Our products provide immediate access to marketing tactics and strategies that we’ve worked hard to get and that we personally use, so refunds will not be given to any one customer more than once… meaning that a refund of any product will take away your ability to receive a refund for any other product that we have available now or that we may create in the future.

Note: Our training courses are for licensed financial advisors and/or insurance agents who provide services to consumers only. If you purchase any of our courses while in the business of teaching advisors how to be better marketers, providing marketing services to advisors, or as a wholesaler, then your account will be terminated and you will not receive any refunds.

Personal Checks

• Orders placed with a check may take up to 10 business days to process. Once processed, the order will be completed and the product will be released.
• All returned check will be charged a $25 USD return check fee.
• Counter checks will not be accepted.
• Checks must be sent in US funds.
